Ann Redmond, CEP, a Managing Principal with Brown and Caldwell, is an environmental professional in natural resource consulting and regulation who specializes in managing complex projects relying on consensus-building approaches to maximize the end results. She brings decades of experience in environmental regulation and planning spanning the areas of watershed-scale regulatory and planning solutions, all aspects of watershed-level cumulative impacts and habitat assessment, wetland mitigation, and frameworks for restoration planning. Ms. Redmond has led numerous assessments of water resource and ecosystem services on projects ranging from the individual landowner to national in scale.
