Southern States Land & Timber, LLC’s Director of Special Projects, Mr. David John, will be a featured panelist at the Florida Chamber Foundation’s 37th Annual Environmental Permitting Summer School being held from July 18-21, 2023, at the JW Marriott in Marco Island, Florida.

The Future Directions for Species Mitigation and Conservation Banking Panel focuses on providing the latest information on Candidate Species Updates, Current and Future State and Federal Mitigation Policies Related to Species, and Implications for Public and Private Infrastructure Projects. David will be discussing the Florida Bonneted Bat. His presentation will focus on important things to know about the threatened Florida Bonneted Bat and will explore alternatives to improve current practices by facilitating discussion on this topic.
