I have experience in mineral rights due diligence and litigation, wetland permitting, imperiled species compliance, and sovereign submerged lands issues, and more.

As a former newspaper journalist, I am passionate about the Public Records Act & Sunshine Law and have experience with compliance and litigation of both.
