I am the President and a Professional Geologist (PG) at Petroleum Resources & Development, Inc. (PR&D), a small Business Administration (SBA) 8a firm. I am a registered PG in 6 states, including Florida since 1994. I obtained my MBA from the University of Central Florida in 2010 (Go Knights!) and focus daily efforts on leading a talented and creative team of environmental construction and technical specialists with cost-effective solutions for our client’s environmental problems. I apply my 34 years of environmental experience and leadership to produce positive outcomes for our clients on projects that include a wide array of petroleum, PFAS, chlorinated solvents, and other pollutants across a wide array of clients, including the US Air Force, US Navy, US Space Force, the Army Corp of Engineers, along with a diverse array of private and public clients. Me an my wife Kathleen live in Baldwin Park, site of the former Orlando Navy Base, a Phoenix Award winning brownfield redevelopment. I am an avid golfer, frequent traveler, and recently visited the Galapagos Islands in September 2022, Eastern Europe and Quebec in 2023, and Japan in April 2024. Next visits are Tuscany in and Germany in 2025.
