I am the Regulation Division Director at the Southwest Florida Water Management District, overseeing the Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP), Water Use Permitting (WUP) and Well Construction Permitting (WCP) programs. I have more than 30 years of water resources engineering experience working in both the private and public sector. I have a broad understanding of ERP & WUP rules, regulations and permitting practices of regulatory agencies at the local, state, and federal levels and I coordinate regularly with applicants and our statewide partners at the USACE, FDEP and other Florida water management districts to develop permitting solutions.
