Mr. Malavé is a professional engineer with more than 43 years experience in civil engineering design. His background includes the design and permitting of infrastructure systems, including complex stormwater and utility projects, land development residential and multifamily projects, electrical substation, commercial and industrial developments, and large utility systems. In his current position, he is responsible for business development and project management for civil engineering of municipal utility and stormwater projects and for land and commercial development-related projects.
