Sanjiv Sinha, Ph.D., is the Chief Executive Officer of Corvias Infrastructure Solutions, LLC (CIS). CIS is a national leader in urban infrastructure/greening programs across the United States, having overseen the implementation of over 250 green stormwater infrastructure projects totaling nearly $300 million in more than 50 municipalities across the Mid-Atlantic, Great Lakes and West Coast regions.

He is also the Founder of a resilience initiative called Resilient Infrastructure Sustainable Communities (RISC, www.risc.solutions) where he is responsible for developing/executing a strategy to support a rapid scale-up of large investments in green stormwater infrastructure by developing a strategy for originating transactions, managing/executing a portfolio of opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of key results. He is credited with helping initiate two of the largest investments in green stormwater infrastructure across the nation (a $54 Million environmental impact bond for Buffalo Sewer Authority, and a $49 Million (includes $20 Million in Phase II) community-based partnership for Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District).

In 2023-2024, Dr. Sinha serves as the chairman of the Board of Directors of Delta Institute (a nonprofit based in Chicago that focuses on building resilient environment and economy through sustainable solutions), and as a member of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Environmental Finance Advisory Board (that supports EPA's Administrator and program offices on ways to lower the costs of and increase investments in environmental and public health protection).
