Todd Kafka, PG, is a Senior Principal Hydrogeologist in Geosyntec's Tampa office and is the co-Branch Manager of the firm's eight offices in Florida.  Todd obtained his MS in Geology from Washington State University in 1995 and has a BA in Environmental Studies/Geology from Middlebury College, VT.  His primary practice is focused on site assessment and remediation for private and public clients, with an emphasis on high resolution site characterization and investigation in fractured rock/karst settings.  Todd has been successful in applying new and innovative technologies to provide robust and valuable data at substantial cost savings for clients by streamlining the overall duration of the assessment phase.  He has assisted clients in property transactions, escrow determination for site remediation, and complex, fast-paced redevelopment projects that require close coordination with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
