I am currently serving as the State House representative for District 85 in Martin and St. Lucie Counties. I currently serve on the Commerce, Judiciary (Vice Chair), Civil Justice, Water Quality, Environmental and Agriculture Appropriations, and Chairman of the Joint Administration and Procedures Committee. My focus areas include environmental regulation, human trafficking prevention, aviation, construction, skills training and agriculture. I have worked closely with FDEP, FWC and the SFWMD on various legislative initiatives and will likely expand upon that over the coming years. I am also the Vice President of Engineering Design, & Construction (EDC), Inc. where I head the environmental division of this multi-disciplinary firm that largely serves the treasure Coast while maintaining clients from Jacksonville to Key West. I have been in private consulting for 28 years and have both a masters in Biology and Business Administration.
