I am a licensed Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in water resources engineering. I am a Chief Consulting Engineer at South Florida Water Management District with a focus on the Everglades Stormwater Treatment Areas. Since 2012, I have been a key participant in the Restoration Strategies Science Plan which is focused on investigating the key factors that influence phosphorus reduction in the STAs and management approaches to ensure the STAs achieve the mandated discharge phosphorus concentrations. I am a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science, and I am a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, and North Carolina.
