Adam Hoyles
SWCA Incorporated Senior Project Manager
Jacksonville, Florida
While on a soul-searching hike with some friends from my college fraternity and my dad, it became clear to me that a future desk job was not a good choice for me. The original plan was engineering. Working with wildlife and the ecology of where critters live became my obsession. Working in a collegiate and fun environment quickly became my passion. About 20 years ago, I figured out that if I wanted a fun yet professional work environment, I would have to create it myself. After a 17+ year journey as a successful business owner, my company was acquired by SWCA. Now the opportunities have expanded nationally so I look forward to seeing how my co-workers expand into their new roles.
Going from a business executive to an employee has been one of my greatest professional challenges. The relief of knowing that I have a team of remarkable professionals around me has been one my greatest joys.
