I am a professional engineer with over 50-years of applied experience in both consultancy and the public sector as a past Director of Utilities for a medium sized city. Currently I am responsible for business development for CHA's Tampa office which covers the west coast of Florida and act as a technical resource for our Florida execution teams.  I have extensive experience in matters respecting the CWA.  I was retained by a Washington DC law firm for 2,000 hours per year for 5-years to support 7 litigation teams.  I wasn't a testifying expert, but worked behind the scenes to educate the lawyers on the technical merits of the various cases.  CHA is a full-service engineering firm with 1,700 engineers, scientists, and specialists located in 50 offices.  CHA has 7 Florida locations.
