Previous project experience has focused primarily on water quality monitoring and reporting, biological characteristic studies, seagrass surveys and seagrass restoration monitoring, and benthic macroinvertebrate taxonomy. More recently involved with terrestrial environmental assessments and surveys for protected species including Caracara and Gopher Tortoises.

Carrie is a Senior Project Manager at Ecological Associates, Inc. (EAI) with over 16 years of professional experience in protected species surveys and observation, permit-compliance turbidity and water quality monitoring, environmental assessments, benthic macroinvertebrate community ecology, and sediment analysis in the southeastern United States.  She oversees water quality monitoring project design and implementation, creates and maintains project-specific databases, and is the primary polychaete taxonomist. Carrie supports department level financial tracking, strategic planning, and administration for the company.  Carrie is an Authorized Gopher Tortoise Agent, Stormwater Management Inspector, and a licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator.
