I am excited to have joined CFB. Inc late last year as Environmental Director based out of our Clearwater office. I am a Certified Ecologist and ISA Certified Arborist with over 20 years of public and private sector experience with estuarine and coastal ecological restoration and design, wetland ecology, ecological functional assessments, threatened and endangered species permitting, wetland mitigation monitoring, environmental permitting, Section 7 consultations, remote sensing and benthic habitat assessments.  

Over my career, I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to not only help lead large-scale water quality and ecological restoration projects in Tampa Bay and some of the largest seagrass enhancement / restoration projects in the state, but also to work with local stakeholders to help develop long-term monitoring programs to quantify and characterize changes to critical coastal habitats in the face of climate change, sea-level rise, and anthropogenic impacts.

I also have the daily privilege of working in collaboration with our engineers, surveyors and designers to leverage innovation and local knowledge and expertise to deliver exciting projects for our clients, while maintaining a balance between the built and natural environments.
