Environmental professional with over 35 years of experience in water resources, wetland ecology, mitigation banking, and environmental regulation in the private and public sectors.  I am currently the Chief of the Bureau of Environmental Resource Regulation at the St. Johns River Water Management District and I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the District’s Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) review and compliance programs.
