He is equipped with the over 40 years of engineering, surveying and project management experience throughout the State of Florida. He is also a mediator, facilitator, and valued negotiator, having served his clients in mediating challenges with permitting, developer and contractor disputes; facilitating presentations with agencies, community redevelopment areas, and engaging stakeholders in understanding project hurdles. His expertise, having received a Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation, is second to none in keeping lines of communications open with the stakeholders and the affected parties whether it includes agencies, impacted parties, or understanding stakeholder’s underlying interests to achieve a mutually satisfying outcome for all concerned.
